A lot has been done this week. The major achievement was installing insulation throughout the ceilings and walls, then having the whole house lined (Gyprock & Villaboard) inside.

The final pieces of outstanding work were finished on the roof, meaning that the gutters, downpipes and steel mesh gutter protection were completed. We have had a lot of rain, and the collection tanks are almost full - we collected over 40,000 litres in one night!

The external cladding is almost finished - just a small section of the Matrix to be done.
The plastering team should be setting the internal linings this week.
I took these photos in the rain today and we had a visit from a family of three rather damp King Parrots who seemed to think that the scaffold was a great place to sit out of the rain, and for admiring reflections in the window!
